Includes up to 25-35 quality images that are ready for the MLS. One-two free exterior aerial drone shots included when weather/wind allows. Additional images may be purchased for $10.00 per photo

$150.00- Bare Land 5 photos and 3-5 free aerial photos

$225.00- Up to 2,000 square feet

$250.00- Up to 2,499 square feet

$275.00- Up to 2,999 square feet

$300.00-Up to 3,499 square feet

$200.00- Twilight session and photo (each additional photo is $50)

*3500+ sq ft. price will be quoted on an individual basis

*Expedited photos $150, second trip fee $50, and canceling/postponing your appointment may be subject to a $50+ fee

*$10 gas fee for Bend and Redmond. $35.00+ gas fee will be applied to Sunriver, Three Rivers South, La Pine, Brasada, Pronghorn, Prineville, Terrebonne, Madras, & other areas. Travel time fee will be added to trips over 45 minutes as well.

*Turnaround time varies from 24-48+ hours depending on sq ft, time of year, views, etc.

*log homes, homes with natural wood interiors, and mountain or river view homes are subject to a +$50.00 or more depending on sq ft

*High Resolution projects for print and/or web will be priced per sq ft + $100

*Commercial Photography will be quoted on an individual basis

Virtual staging is $20 each photo in addition to the photo package pricing.

$200.00- We will get above your property to show case all of the best angles from the sky. Up to 10 hi-res images ready for use.
